Role Mission: Lead a dynamic team in managing merchandise design, ordering, fulfilment, and store operations to create a seamless shopping experience that supports the Rescues mission and drives community engagement and revenue.

Summary: The Merch Store Squad Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, management, and operation of the Rescues online merchandise store, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from concept to fulfillment. This role involves leading a team that includes an ordering specialist, order fulfillment staff, and merchandise designers to create products that resonate with the Rescues supporters and align with the Rescues branding. The Merch Store Squad Lead ensures timely ordering and delivery of products, high-quality design, and a positive customer experience, ultimately driving revenue to support the Rescue's mission and fostering deeper community involvement.

Rescue Mission: At Path of Hope Rescue we strive to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster based and rely on volunteers and fosters to help in our mission.

Vision: Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked. Becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane and capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs.
