The Human Resources Advisor at BRP will support and guide managers and employees on all human resources-related matters within the U.S. distribution centers.   • Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee records and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Experience with Health and Safety compliance and worker's compensation reporting
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate with both employees as well as management

HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR (U.S. DISTRIBUTION CENTERS)

We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor who will report to the Human Resources Manager, and who'll be tasked with providing support and guidance to managers and employees on all human resources-related matters within our U.S. distribution centers. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You'll be a trusted advisor to the U.S. distribution management team.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Recruit and Hire: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select candidates for open positions. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork and processes are completed.
  • Build Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
  • Oversee Health and Safety: Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.

TRAVEL: This position requires travel to our Morrow, Georgia distribution center once a quarter.
