Apartment Maintenance Tech (Northern Kentucky) Legacy Management, a local residential and commercial property management company, is seeking to fill a full time Maintenance Technician position in a Northern Kentucky Apartment Community. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance throughout the community. The successful candidate must possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance; painting, getting apartments ready for lease, janitorial duties, as well as customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Experience or training in related fields of work is helpful including; carpentry, general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC Certification is a plus. Rotating on-call with bonus and mileage reimbursement. Vehicle and basic tools required.
