Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN License
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical practice in ICU, ER, Cath Lab, PACU, OR, or Interventional Radiology
  • Confidence and comfort with interpreting EKGs and responding appropriately to rhythm changes

Preferred

  • Bilingual - Spanish Speaking

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse - Full-time GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: This purpose of this position is to provide clinical patient care pre, intra, and post vascular procedure/surgery on a PRN basis. The Registered Nurse is responsible for obtaining clinical data including physical assessment, performing direct patient care inclusive of vital sign and cardiac monitoring, and documentation. The RN assists the physicians in performing special procedures/surgery while closely monitoring the cardiac and physical status of the patient under his care. The patients receive conscious sedation. To provide excellence in patient care that builds confidence, loyalty and trust with our patients, patients' families and the community. To understand and carry out Surgery Partners mission and vision statement by adhering to world class service standards. To strive to communicate and interact with others in a professional, responsible, cooperative and positive manner at all times. To act as a resource person to manage and utilize personnel in an effective and appropriate manner, and complete tasks assigned within the time frame.
