- Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of ED experience
- NRP Certifications must be done through AHA, ASHI, or ARC (Prior to start preferred)
