McKesson is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Consultant for its Cell, Gene, and Advanced Therapies business. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales funnel by tracking progress through the sales cycle, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve velocity
  • Develop leadership presentations and an ongoing communications cadence to drive awareness, collaboration, and decisions
  • Perform market analysis and maintain competitive intelligence and insights to support sales strategy and targeting
  • Create company/product briefs to support sales prospecting
  • Conduct sales forecasting and data analysis to inform business growth decisions
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process
  • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools, including a CRM
  • Establish data analysis to support marketing & prospecting, sales planning & forecasting as well as customer quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and perform sales training as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations & analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical services industry, with at least a year in cell & gene therapies
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in supporting a sales team with unique sales solutions
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in advanced Excel techniques
  • Experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.com
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and build credible relationships across multi-business units, management teams, and business partners
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to function independently, demonstrate flexibility, and work effectively with internal and external teams

The McKesson Cell, Gene, and Advanced Therapies business is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, specializing in the development of services that support groundbreaking therapies that are revolutionizing patient care. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-starting candidate with a broad background in sales operations and analytics to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the following:
  • Defining and maintaining the sales pipeline through market analysis, refine the drug pipeline to identify high priority sales targets
