Requirements:

• MA License
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Home Health experience
• Current BLS certification

Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy AssociationCurrent and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that statethe employee is assigned to work by the Company
