# Education and Training:## Current licensure to practice Professional Nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and satisfactory completion of a Registered Nurse First Assistant Course # Experience and Knowledge: Registration, Licensure and/or Certification:# RNFA: 2 years employment experience as a surgical first assistant Trauma Certification (may be obtained within first 6 months of employment) *Trauma on call requires 15 min response time. In house on call room available* Physical Demands and Sensory Requirements:# Moderate physical effort: lift/carry up to 10-30 lbs.
