  • Graduate of an Accredited Master's Degree program for Physician Assistant Studies for PAs, or a Master/Doctoral Degree Program in Nurse Practitioner Studies for NPs.
  • CNOR or RNFA certification for Nurse Practitioners.
  • Current state license where practicing and PAs must hold National Commissioned Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Preferred

  • Orthopedics and spine experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different personalities and needs.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with OR experience and one of the following credentials: PA, NP/RNFA, LSA. As a Surgical First Assist, you will play a critical role in the success of our surgical procedures. This position is exclusively OR-based, with no clinic or rounding responsibilities.
