**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

Responsible for maintaining the operation of industrial equipment throughout the Distribution Center. Tasks include working with high speed unit sorters, case sorters, PLC controllers, conveyor controls, and various electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair photo eyes, encoders, scanners, and more. Engage in maintenance of ASRS systems, MDR conveyors, powered curve conveyors, and other machinery. Perform maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

**Hard Skills**

+ High speed unit sorters (Cross Belt, Tilt Tray, Sliding shoe)

+ Case sorters (Narrow Belt, Pop Up, Sliding Shoe, Swivel wheel)

+ PLC controllers

+ Conveyor controls (Pyramid)

+ Print & Apply

+ Troubleshooting photo eyes, encoders, scanners, dimensioner

+ VFD controls

+ ASRS systems (Automatic Storage & Retrieval System)

+ MDR conveyors (Motorized Drive Roller)

+ Powered curve conveyors

+ Electrical knowledge (600v, 480v, 240v, 120v, 24v, 12v)

+ Transformers and motor control panels

+ Replacing and wiring a 3 phase 480v motor with a brake

+ Replacing gear box speed reducers

+ Replacing conveyor belts (multiple sizes and lengths)

+ Air control systems (Air Compressors, Valves, actuators, cylinders, devices)

+ Hydraulics (Pumps, hoses, fittings)

+ Trash compactors and corrugated balers

+ Reading schematics, blueprints

+ Thorough knowledge of all shop tools

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Moreno Valley, California.

**Work Environment**

Distribution Center over 3 million sq feet. Shifts/Schedule: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs, 6am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 10:00pm-6:30am
