Remote - Project Manager

Job Description

A client in Irvine, CA is seeking a project manager to assist with managing multiple projects across various teams within IT and HR. You will be operating in a fairly Agile environment and working within Jira and Confluence. Projects will include working with 3rd party vendors, HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc. We need someone who can hold others accountable to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time. This is a contract through end of June 2025 with a potential to extend; this is 100% remote but someone local to Irvine would be ideal.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager working with cross functional teams and assisting with vendor management

Extensive experience managing multiple projects across different teams

Experience working with Product and Development teams

Agile, Jira and Confluence experience QSR, retail or hospitality experience
