Production Worker

**Job Title: Production/Machine Operator in Denver CO**

**Job Description**

+ Join our dedicated team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the production process of stainless steel band clamps for the oil and gas industry.

+ Your daily duties will include operating production machinery, feeding product into the machine, performing quality checks, making small mechanical adjustments on machines as needed, standing by the machine to report any defects or breakdowns, and packaging and labeling the product.

+ Be aware that this role involves standing in one place for long periods, though there will be some movement involved in selecting tools and parts.

**Shift & Pay:**

**1st:** 6am-2:30pm (M-F) - $20.25/hr

**2nd:** 2pm-10:30pm (M-F) - 20.75/hr

**3rd:** 10pm-6:30am (M-F) - $21.25/hr

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in DENVER, Colorado.

**Work Environment**

+ Our work environment is a loud manufacturing setting that consistently produces steel products. Despite the noise, our facility is very clean and well-kept.

+ Once trained, you will primarily be working independently, but you will interact with a lot of people on a consistent basis.

+ Please note that appropriate dress includes steel-toe boots and jeans without holes.

+ To ensure your success, you will shadow other operators for at least the first two weeks.

+ As your skills improve, you will gradually take on the responsibility of operating multiple machines at once.
