  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leases, rent payments, and tenant information.

  • Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial status.
  • Handle invoicing and utility bill payments.
  • Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Provide exceptional service to tenants and prospective tenants, fostering a positive community environment.
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support the Property Manager with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or higher in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in property management or a related role
  • Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures

Job Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
