**Training Specialist,** **LTSS Service Coordination Content Creator**

**Location** : Virginia. This is a hybrid role with 1 - 2 days per week required in-office. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

**Iowa, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Kansas, North Carolina, California, Arkansas, Iselin, NJ, New York City, NY; Albany, NY, Lake Success, NY; Latham, NY; Middletown, NY**

**Hours** **:** General business hours, Monday through Friday.

**Travel** **:** Travels locally to worksite and other locations as necessary.

The **Training Specialist, LTSS Service Coordination Content Creator** is responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, clinical, technical and operations training. Training often focuses on more abstract, less concrete soft skills training meant to influence behavior and buy-in from others.

**Minimum requirements:**

+ Requires BA/BS in related field and a minimum of 2 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

+ Two years of LTSS or Medicaid experience or certification/license in the appropriate field may be required.

**Preferred skills, Capabilities, and Experience:**

+ Experience in managed care, preferred.

+ Facilitating training experience, preferred.

+ Content creator preferred.

+ Training creation experience, preferred.

+ Very strong written and verbal communication skills, preferred.
