- Managing communications and connection solutions, including workstation connectivity, local area networks, company website, intranet, and email systems.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar.
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Cluster Analysis.
- Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive approach to system management and maintenance.
- Experience with system installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security standards.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and software.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Availability for after-hours support and weekend work when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Systems Administrator, based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient computer systems operation within our organization. The selected individual will play a vital role in managing and configuring our internal servers, and will be instrumental in the design, installation, and upgrade of our computer systems and network.
