Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Cluster Analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach to system management and maintenance.
  • Experience with system installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and software.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours support and weekend work when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Systems Administrator, based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient computer systems operation within our organization. The selected individual will play a vital role in managing and configuring our internal servers, and will be instrumental in the design, installation, and upgrade of our computer systems and network.
