Qualifications
Required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with share-based compensation accounting.
- Bachelor's or Master degree in accounting or finance
- CPA license
- Minimum of 6 years accounting experience
Preferred
- Experience with debt and derivative accounting
- Knowledge of SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q

**What you'll be working on:**

This role will work closely with our Controller group on complex non-routine accounting and reporting issues. This role reports to the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Responsible for the accounting and reporting of debt, derivatives and share-based compensation.

+ Ability to express or exchange ideas utilizing the spoken word.
+ Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication and make the discriminations sound.
