- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation are efficiently handled
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to address concerns and provide progress reports
- Ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly defined and met
- Oversee the production and assembly of machine tool systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards
- Implement project management methodologies and tools to track project progress and resolve issues
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance criteria
- Prepare and present project status reports and final project evaluations to senior management
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Description
Project Manager:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of manufacturing projects, from initial client engagement through to final delivery and installation. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:

o Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to align project goals and schedules
o Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation are efficiently handled
