Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of construction-focused experience on large commercial projects with MEP or commercial HVAC project experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proficiency in MS-based software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet
Preferred
- ICC, ACI, ASNT, AWS, and NICET certifications
