- Manage the implementation of analytics tools through cross functional collaboration focused on requirements, design and maintenance
- Developing visual, interactive reports using Power BI for understanding of data analysis trends and creating automated data workflows using Alteryx designer
- Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
- Develop and maintain training materials, knowledge articles for dashboards / reports, FAQs, etc.
- Support internal BPM collaboration tools
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor of Science in analytical discipline
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining and supporting reports and data visualization tools in a complex environment
- Extensive experience with Power BI and Data Visualization and Business Analytics tools
- Extensive experience with ETL tools used to extract data such as Alteryx
- Strong quantitative background in data analysis and modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight
- Experience with developing reports, dashboards and presentations for a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders and an ability to collaborate effectively
Preferred
- Experience in biopharma industry and knowledge of clinical trial operations
- MBA or Masters in analytical discipline

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer supports the analytics and insights team within
Business Performance Management (BPM). When viewed as a lifecycle BPM touches upon
distinct yet interconnected areas including IT systems for clinical trial management, data
analytics & reporting, process improvement & innovation, and training & process adherence.
What You'll Do
? Working with various groups within GCO to define end user reporting needs
? Drive ad hoc data needs through data procurement, advanced data manipulation,
