The Maintenance Technician role is a contract position located just outside of Concord, Massachusetts, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
- Provide emergency task to production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance of production equipment during machine service.
- Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Perform upkeep skills including but not limited to, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures
- Commitment to work safe and to continue to learn and develop
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
- Proven communication skills and open to OT as needed

Maintenance Technician for immediate contract position just outside of Concord, Massachusetts! The right person for this role will have 5+years experience in a maintenance mechanic/technician role in a manufacturing environment.
