Qualifications

Required

  • Crestron, Biamp, Bright Sign, and Cisco Equipment background.
  • Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives.

  • Understanding of emerging technology trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of corporate, operational, or technology role discipline experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and service skills.
  • Understanding of various programming languages (preferred).
  • Landscape understanding in Collaboration Technology, Cisco Collaboration technology, Crestron, Extron, and Buildings IOT.

**Purpose of Role**

The Lead, Collaboration Engineer is the subject matter expert, supporting Under Armour's global collaboration equipment, standards, configuration, and support for UA's Hybrid Teammates. The equipment and virtual support include but is not limited to Audiovisual, Cisco, Digital Signage, and Digital Showrooms. The Collaboration Engineer will work closely with but not limited to:

+ Go To Market Team for setting showroom standards, system support, and sell-in planning.

+ Corporate Real Estate with small to medium moves and changes

The Lead, Collaboration Engineer, will support Under Armour's helpdesk team globally with device maintenance, upgrades, and full production support and has strong customer focused mindset.

**Your Impact**

+ Work closely with the Solutions Technology Leaders on the technical and business strategy to create alignment between business and IT.

+ Create deliverables for business leaders that facilitate decisions regarding technology investments and operational efficiency.

+ Employ a human-centric approach and design thinking to evolve the in-office experience.

+ Help support CTA Leaders with Corporate Real Estate and Collaboration Technologies (AV, Video, IoT, etc.)

+ L4 Technical support for Help Desk and high-level troubleshooting skills

+ Manage small CRE technology moves and changes with little to no oversite by CTA leaders.

+ Help set collaboration equipment and configuration standards for the collaboration systems and platforms.

+ Lead technical support for live-streamed internal events. Work with internal communications teams and external production vendors to design and support all technical aspects of event production.

+ Maintain documentation for inventory, programming, drawings, collaboration locations, and configuration of all supported systems.

+ Maintain changes, upgrades, and configuration requirements to ensure systems are up-to-date and functional.

+ Maintain relationships with vendors to plan changes and feature updates for systems.

**Qualifications**

**Base Compensation**

$121,520.00 - $167,091.10 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
