- Observe installed work to confirm contractor adherence to quality requirements and technical standards.
- Interface with the project team leads to resolve and manage quality issues.
- Coordinate with the PM and project controls lead on potential change orders.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Prepare weekly construction reports and other requested reports.
- Act as a liaison with the client site manager or designated site representative.
- Manage contractor work permits, designated construction and storage areas, and utility outages.
- Coordinate with contractors to maintain a complete set of as-built project drawings.
- Document and provide guidance on the receipt, storage, and release of client-procured equipment and material.
- Verify equipment and material deliveries.
- Monitor, verify, and control costs for TM-based projects.
- Manage site staff activities and responsibilities, including time and expenses.
- Complete training as requested by the Construction Coordinator.

For projects with a full-time Safety Manager (SM), this responsibility will be shared between the CM and SM.
