GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under minimal supervision of an executive, performs and/or manages project work of a generally complex nature aimed at improving operations and performance within Henry Ford Health with increasing responsibility for project planning. Budgets and allocates resources for projects within scope of responsibility. Prepares reports, provides recommendations to management and coordinates implementation whenever possible. Supervises tasks of support staff relative to assigned projects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Four (4) years of relevant experience required. Previous experience in leading quality improvement initiatives/project management is highly desirable. Significant project management experience and outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to apply innovative solutions to problems and familiarity with TQM process required.
