Our mission: To radically improve the health, happiness and dignity of senior living residents. Responsibilities include: * Round and manage clinical care for geriatric patients in partner facilities, including skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care facilities. * Travel to facilities to provide medical coverage 4 days/week. * Build relationships with the facility staff, administrator and nursing director. * Engage with the multi-disciplinary care team to address quality of care and patient care needs. * Complete timely documentation and billing for services provided per Curana policy. * Respond to daytime calls from the facility when not physically present. * Assist with the transition to the permanent Curana provider(s). * Serve as a model and representative of Curana Health at all times.
