UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Clerk/Receptionist to join our Rehab team in Waterloo Ny.

This position is based at our Huntington Living Center facility in Waterloo, NY. It is full-time, Monday through Friday. Seeking candidates with prior clerical or office setting experience. Candidates who are friendly, self-motivated and have a passion for helping others are preferred!

+ Under the supervision of the Dir Rehab Svcs, receives schedules and registers customers. Completes paperwork and directs or instructs patients as needed. Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages. Communicates pertinent information to therapists and office staff. Retrieves, processes, and directs patient reports as needed.

+ Minimum :

+ High school education or equivalent.

+ Preferred:
