REMOTE Part Time Financial Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a part time financial analyst to join a large luxury cosmetics brand headquartered in New York. This person will be responsible for working alongside the head of the PMO and keeping track of all budgets related to the Retail IT division. They will be very strong in excel tracking departments spend and budgets across both OPEX and CAPX initiatives. They will be responsible for PO creation, invoice management and working with accounts payable to ensure vendor payment are aligned. This role is an ongoing flexible part time remote opportunity allocating around 20 hours a week or more.

Skills and Requirements

- Extensive hands on experience using Excel daily

 - Experience with PO creation, modification and tracking

 - Experience keeping track of large budgets and spend

 - Experience working with Financial Controller/Accounting team and accounts payable team on a daily basis

 - Strong communication and team player mentality

Ability to work on east coast time zone null
