  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of executives as needed.
  • Comprehensive administrative support to Executive team
  • Draft, review and revise correspondence, e-mail, reports and multi-media presentation
  • Ability to work overtime if business needs require.
  • Make copies and send faxes as necessary.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be Korean-English Bilingual
  • 1-2 years in administrative experience
  • Strong office skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite (365) is required.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team and efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to hand multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • High confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred

  • Experience with ADP or Workday

**Ultium Cells Overview:**

Ultium Cells is a joint venture lithium-Ion automotive battery cell manufacturing plant between LG Energy Solutions and General Motors. This new construction high-technology plant will have the latest battery cell manufacturing technology. The investment in this new business venture represents a commitment of more than $2.3 Billion. It will be among the largest battery cell manufacturing plants in the world. Ultium Cells will produce battery cells for General Motors North American electric vehicle applications.

**Job Summary:**
