Technical Analyst I

System One is looking to hire a Technical Analyst for a large financial client based in Tulsa, OK. This position is fully remote and requires at least 3 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL queries, Agile methodologies, and be adaptable and inquisitive - not afraid to ask Q's, as this role will be ever-changing. Excellent communication skills are also required. Experience with API's and JavaScript are a huge plus.

Description of job duties :

+ Coordinating with vendors and internal IT partners to assess product and service capabilities to address business, organizational and technology needs for the application.

+ Working with vendors and business to implement technology solutions.

+ Conduct quality and/or end user testing.

Experience required:

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Effectively lead user groups through requirements gathering sessions, eliciting requirements and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.

+ Advanced technical troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.

+ Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), as well as Waterfall.

+ Familiarity with workflows and form design.

+ SQL script and querying experience a must.
