  • Collaborate with SCMs across VBUs to establish standard processes and methodologies.
  • Serve as SME for Graham Operating System (GOS) requirements for the Supply Chain element.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

Required

  • BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering or Business Management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in S&OP, demand planning, and tactical/strategic supply planning.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: functions, inserting charts, pivot tables, Solver/Data Analysis tool).
  • Knowledge of Database Applications (Access or Business Objects).
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as algebra, probability, and statistical inference to practical situations.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in SAP (PP, MM, APO, SNP or PPDS ) or related ERP system.
  • Previous experience with Planning Software (SAP APO or equivalent).
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Possess knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN.
  • APICS certification.

**Overview**

The Supply Chain manager is responsible for their team and managing the overall supply performance for their respective VBU. This position will be responsible for aligning tactical paths towards strategic direction across ever-changing horizons, focusing on maintaining world-class levels of safety, quality and operational efficiency. The candidate will analyze data, monitor established KPI's, and provide root cause analysis activity around non-conformance to KPI's. The candidate will monitor and hold cross-functional partners accountable to corrective actions established in root cause analysis. This candidate will be responsible for monitoring and escalating customer risk and utilizing commercial and operations partners to establish contingencies, recovery periods, etc.

+ Develop/implement/sustain best-in-class processes that support meeting all customer commitments, lowering cost, reducing changeover times, eliminating waste, creating a flexible asset base and driving a continuous improvement culture.

+ Oversee production planning processes to ensure on-time, in full delivery to our customers through utilization of PSI's and key performance metrics.

+ Partner with Operations team to establish and drive working capital improvement programs, optimize production scheduling to minimize cost and inventory while ensuring flawless customer service.

+ Provide timely escalation and communication to VBU leadership of risks and opportunities within the VBU as well as cross vertically.

+ Lead S&OP demand and supply planning process for the VBU, driving towards improved customer forecast projections and strategic production planning.

+ Continual review of manufacturing footprint and manufacturing capacity for optimization of product delivery to the customer.

+ Collaborate with SCM's across VBU's to establish standard processes and methodologies.

+ SME for Graham Operating System (GOS) requirements for the Supply Chain element.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Up to 25% travel may be required.

The standard compensation for this role is $93,200 - $134,600. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors

**Compensation Statement**

The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
