Qualifications

Required

  • Associate degree
  • 3 years of construction industry experience, with a focus on siding installation
  • Customer Service experience

Full Job Description

The technical service representative provides support to both internal and external siding customers. Additionally, there is direct collaboration with the Product Management and Contractor Engagement teams on creating technical support documents.
