  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers, maintaining ongoing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction, including responding to any technical concerns
  • Working closely with the sales team to drive new business development opportunities
  • Attending meetings as a technical expert, capturing customer use-cases and project requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes
  • Supporting the product team in qualifying and prioritizing customer feedback for product feature development

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to quickly become an expert in SciBite solutions
  • Articulate the value of SciBite solutions during technical demos
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, ontologies, and knowledge graphs
  • Experience leading difficult conversations with diverse audiences
  • Capability of performing requirement analysis and mapping requirements to deliverables

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and programming languages like Python
  • Experience working with Pharma companies
  • Open to travel to customer sites and conferences

About the Role

As a Technical Sales Consultant at SciBite, you will demonstrate solution value pre-sales and provide post-sales technical support. Your main responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and identifying new use cases to drive sales.

+ Be able to articulate the value of SciBite solutions during technical demos

+ Possess working knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, ontologies, and knowledge graphs. AWS, Docker and programming languages like Python would be preferred.

+ Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

+ Have experience leading difficult conversations with diverse audiences

+ Be capable of performing requirement analysis and mapping requirements to deliverables

+ Preferred experience working with Pharma companies

+ Be open to travel to customer sites and conferences

+ Domain knowledge: SciBite's primary customer base includes the top 20 pharmaceutical companies. A good understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences business is desirable.
