Lead Facilities Technician

**Aerotek is hiring for a Lead Residential Maintenance Technician!**

**Job Description:**

+ Maintaining multiple residential properties around the Memphis area

+ Lead a team of maintenance technicians - coordinating repairs, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks

+ Interact with tenants to find out issues

+ Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance.

+ Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

+ Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

+ Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order as necessary.

+ Be available for on-call emergency maintenance and repairs as needed.

+ Train new technicians

**Additional Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

+ EPA Universal certification required

+ Valid driver's license - travel from property to property required

**Pay:**

+ Up to $30/hr based on experience

**Shifts Available:**

+ 1 st shift - Can start as early as 6a
