- Assist the manager with directing, managing, coaching, and mentoring personnel as needed
- Work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, and weekends
- Maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary to perform the requirements of the position
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, solenoids, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring (temperature, pressure, level, flow) and equipment (gauges, meters, transducers, transmitters)
- Lead others in a team-based environment
- Maintain basic electrical skills (motor replacement, sensor replacement, fuse replacement, understanding of PLCs, understanding of sensor functions)
- Be computer literate
- Understand machinery timing
- Read and understand technical documents

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, overtime, and weekends
- Must maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary to perform the requirements of the position
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, solenoids, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement)
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring (temperature, pressure, level, flow) and equipment (gauges, meters, transducers, transmitters)
- Ability to lead others in a team-based environment

**Job Description**
The Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of maintenance techs and maintenance leads. The Supervisor will also manage materials, machines, and the entire maintenance area. The candidate will assist the manager with directing, managing, coaching, and mentoring personnel as needed.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, and weekends to support a plant that manufactures 24/7.
Must maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary to perform the requirements of the position.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids, etc.).
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, solenoids, etc.).
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement).
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair process fluid transmission (manual valves, electrical valves, pneumatic valves, check valves, basic piping configuration).
Must be able to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring (temperature, pressure, level, flow) and equipment (gauges, meters, transducers, transmitters).
Must be able to lead others in a team-based environment.
Must have basic electrical skills (motor replacement, sensor replacement, fuse replacement, understanding of PLCs, understanding of sensor functions).
