  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The NA External Fulfillment organization is a rapidly expanding group that owns the 3PL storage and customer fulfillment solutions for NA. This team has been rapidly expanding over the past year and is looking for a Supply Chain manager to help define, shape, and expand our 3PL supplier partnerships. This exciting endeavor is a critical enable for our organization to deliver key expansion goals over the next 1-3 years.

Key job responsibilities

- Build a supplier capability matrix.

- Identify potential 3PL suppliers.

- Vet and onboard 3PL suppliers.

- Define and cast a vision for the brand of how we engage, support, and partner with 3PLs.

- Define WW best practices and expand into new marketplaces/functions.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- 5+ years of supply chain experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
