We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in the accounts receivable process.   • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Support financial auditing processes when necessary.
  • Ensuring all transactions are compliant with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. QuickBooks).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Good mathematical skills and the ability to work with numbers.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred

  • An Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
