The Position
Our confidential client is looking for an experienced Director of Operations for a growing and leading company in its industry.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic and self-driven individual, able to perform in a highly complex and fast-paced environment and bring the operation to the next level. This position is responsible for upholding the profitability of the organization by leading business operations, meeting sustainable growth expectations, and aligning their responsibilities with the Company’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
The Director of Operations will manage several departments in a multisite operation, including staff, and projects which will require strong financial acumen to manage the P&L responsibility. Plant Management experience is highly preferred, managing the entire value chain of operations, including Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Buying, Production, Testing and Quality Control, as well as Warehouse.
Other key duties of this position involve building and developing high-performing work teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
