Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in a Product Manager or equivalent role
  • 3+ years’ experience in web design/development, digital marketing/products, eCommerce, or cloud platforms
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
  • Experience managing at least one digital product through its entire lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of the software development process, SaaS products, and complex product portfolios
  • Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations and collaborating with distributed teams

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Manager/Director at Turtle, you will lead the charge in transforming ideas into reality. You'll be responsible for overseeing digital projects from conception to launch, focusing on creating products that meet our users' needs while driving business growth. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute digital projects that significantly enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Own and manage comprehensive product roadmaps that align with company goals, competitive analysis, and market demands. Ensure all product developments are strategically aligned with digital sales growth and eCommerce transformation.
  • Work with UX Designers, Engineers, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions that integrate product, design, and technology.
  • Implement and lead Agile methodologies to ensure products are adaptable, responsive to changing customer needs, and continuously optimized. Manage product backlogs and sprints, focusing on iterative improvement and rapid response to market shifts.
  • Utilize deep customer insights and feedback to guide the development of digital products that meet market demands, exceed expectations, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Strategize and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features that align with business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product status and decisions.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven framework to measure product performance, user engagement and trends, and business impact. Ability to present data insights, performance reports, and recommendations to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and data to refine the product.

What You’ll Bring
