  • Compensation: Starting at $18.00; Dependent upon experience
  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, Varying shifts AM (7:00am - 3:30pm) and PM shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), includes a weekend shift
  • Location: 100 Front 9 Dr., St. Augustine, FL 32092

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering department team, which is dedicated to maintaining the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical function of all the resort property. You will complete work orders, preventive maintenance and daily projects reported by engineering management, front desk, or otherwise assigned during the shift.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Basic maintenance experience in any of the following areas: painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general maintenance, preferred.
  • 6 months customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred
  • Possess a team player attitude and excellent inter-personal skills
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician (Installations, Maintenance, Repair), Facilities, Property or Building Maintenance preferred
  • VALID and CLEAN Driver's License record
