  • Participate in continuous improvement teams to drive increased efficiencies across all channels
  • Collaborate with peers and across departments to promote cooperation and clear communication
  • Impact retention by fostering a respectful team environment that supports workplace values through professional communication and timely problem solving
  • Provide training and feedback to Shipping employees
  • Partner with Human Resources in areas of recruiting and onboarding
  • Maintain and actively support all company safety and security programs and ensuring the safe conduct of all associates within the facility
  • May be required to work a different shift out of season
  • Enterprise projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous shipping with automation experience
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift to 30lbs as required
  • Ability to stand and walk 8-10 hours a day
  • Ability to work in cold storage -10 to 40 degrees as required

Preferred

  • Previous forklift experience
  • Knowledge of SAP/Oracle
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Summary:
