  • Close renewal business consistently at or above quota level

  • Manage expectations of existing customers based on performance and origination strategy
  • Facilitate the necessary paperwork for obtaining new capital and correspond with all relevant parties
  • Ensure a collaborative, coordinated, and team focused environment with common goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with out Broker Channel regarding their eligible accounts

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years sales experience through high-volume phone and email communications
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a monthly or quarterly quota in a transactional selling environment
  • Analytical individual with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone
  • Articulate and well spoken
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Bachelor's degree

*Compensation for this role is Base Salary + Commission.
