Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar transactional sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a email/call-based sales role, with a focus on high-volume transactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of sales leads and activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in the education technology industry.

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for driving sales in a high-volume, transactional environment with a focus on rural and small school districts. This role involves engaging with potential customers primarily over email, phone, and/or virtual calls, conducting product demonstrations as needed, and closing deals. The ISR will have a specific revenue quota to meet. This position plays a crucial role in the company's success by handling a significant portion of the sales volume and supporting the overall sales strategy in key markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales Execution
