  • Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met and evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ months contract with potential for extension and permanency

  • Drug & background check required

Our enterprise-level client in New York City, has an immediate need for an IT Support Shift Supervisor. Please see below for full details-

Job Notes:
--6+ month contract / extendable and likely to go perm with good performance.
--Onsite in New York City
--Drug & Background check required.
--Hours: 1pm - 10pm (1 hour break, 8 paid hours)
--Pay Rate = $28-30 w2 per hour

Leadership:
• This hire will be the lead resource for a team of 5 engineers onsite.
• Primarily responsible for managing workload and assigning tickets to staff as needed.
• Ensuring tickets from client stakeholders and end users are responded to in a timely manner.
• At least 3-5 years of IT and technical experience in a corporate environment.
• Prior team lead or supervisor experience required.
• Prior experience in a financial or banking IT support environment preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
