Our Resident Program Assistants get to live this daily! They work hard to establish and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff. Our Resident Program Assistants also work closely with our nursing team to document any changes in behavior or condition of the residents. We want people with a genuine love for seniors! You will not only learn valuable skills related to Activity Programming, but this role allows you to interact with every senior in our community and their family. You will become part of the family!
