Responsibilities
- Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientate new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or closely related field is required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement
- 5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
- Behavioral based safety
- ISO Standards/Quality Management System
- OSHA and Environmental standards
- Performance Management
- Operational Excellence / Lean / Continuous Improvement
- Working knowledge of DMAIC methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Leadership and Team Management skills
- Critical Thinking - Problem Solving Process / A3 / 8D / 5Why
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Performing task with team members which includes lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs

SHIFT: 4PM-1AM MONDAY-FRIDAY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or closely related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement.
EXPERIENCE
5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Performing task with team members which includes lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs
