Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management within the heavy truck and trailer industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy trucks and trailers.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license (required).

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Heavy Truck and Trailer Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales department. We are unique in that we have our own in-house financing through our sister company Glockner Finance, we offer heavy truck compliance all the way from standing up a new authority to keeping entire fleets compliant, and finally we have our own insurance company insure commercial and personal lines but we have a major focus on heavy truck and trailer insurance. Your new customers will have a true one-stop shop for all their trucking needs!

Salary: Competitive weekly salary($100K - $150K annually) Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses or Commission
