General, Vascular, portables, 1 year experience preferred.
ARDMS eligible
Associate Degree or Equivalent
Graduate of an accredited Sonography school or program of Sonography
ARDMS Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers)
BLS
Expected to acquire RVT certification within timeframe established by supervisor.
*Either are required within 12 months of hire date: (Departmental extensions on a case by case basis based on job performance)
Expected training in elastography, thyroidectomies, pediatrics (echoencephalpgraphy, hips, spines), PVRs, TCDs, GYN exams, and all vascular exams (arterial and venous duplexes, dialysis grafts, extremity mappings, carotids, abdomen venous, etc)
