Calls start at 7pm – 7am once a week and one weekend/month Data Collection : Unit Information: ( CST ) Location: HCA Houston Southeast Address: 4000 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena TX Floor: 1 st Building: Main Building General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 10 OR’s , 23 Preop. 2 Endo suites, 12 PACU Bays Number of Staff – 115 FTE’s Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 8 RN’s, 4 FA’s and 6 CST’s Night Shift - On call only from 7 p – 7a Patient Ratios – 1 patient at a time (in OR) Type of equipment – OR appropriate EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. CST certification – Must possess Scrub experience CV experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
