The Manager, Sales Training & Enablement at Visa is responsible for the design and development of impactful learning experiences for sellers globally. Responsibilities

  • Design course curriculums focusing on driving actionable behavioral and knowledge outcomes aligned to business priorities.
  • Identify development needs and timeline accordingly.
  • Develop educational sales enablement content and trainings, including designing instructional design storyboards, unscripted SME Interviews, video clip selection, and content development and production, with an emphasis on written content and interactive, application-based exercises.
  • Oversee learner administration such as cohort design, user account and access management, user issue resolution, etc.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative learning data into consumable reports and generate insights to incorporate content enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
  • An agile and flexible work approach

Preferred

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Experience in learning & development, instructional design experience
  • Video production skills
