Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction within the project team to ensure the client's Human Capital Management (HCM) goals are met.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for the client for their journey from Sales to Service.
  • Partner with Client Success, Product, Service and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Liaison with client stakeholders to handle escalations and manage strategic changes in the project plan and/or their solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of project team in a matrixed environment, ensuring milestones are successfully met.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project, including gaining agreement and negotiating outcomes.
  • Maintain industry knowledge of leading HCM implementation practices and a robust understanding of the ADP product portfolio.
  • Offer guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding the project.
  • Work under limited supervision to manage project timelines and risks; knows and uses available resources.
  • Gather information necessary to make decisions and can anticipate, identify, and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
  • Understanding of HCM industry and familiarity with ADP products.
  • 10 years of experience managing complex projects including creating and managing project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, status reporting, training and project analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, or human resources
  • Experience in global HCM consulting, payroll, human resources or implementation
  • Experience in workforce planning or capacity planning in service delivery organizations
  • Management experience in matrix management and oversight of highly professional organization
  • GPHR, SPHR, PHR, CPP, PMP certifications or industry recognized Thought Leader in a related area
