This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations and Shared Services, and will oversee our ongoing process improvement, candidate experience, and internal programs such as Immigration and Interviewer Certification. The Manager will supervise a team, partner with recruitment and HR team members at all levels, and represent DISH with external partners to deliver enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives.
